I cant get the cam screws to all lock up at once due to a structural misalignment. The middle glass shelf came with a 3-4 inch shallow chip off the front center. I got a 35 dollar refund but they woulndt send me a replacement or a new glass piece. The box arrived in taters and the only way i would have been able to ship it back to them would have been to get my own packaging. And shipping the whole thing back was the only way to get a replacement for the glass shelf. I found this acceptable and since stacks and stacks wasnt willing to further accomodate me I was forced to take the 35 dollar refund. I contacted Linon but they claimed that the product was no longer made and they couldnt send me a replacement glass shelf even though the product was still under warranty and my defect fit within the parameters of their warranty. This is very unprofessional to say the least If the stand lined up properly and didnt come with a chipped glass shelf then I would be very pleased. ~Daniel 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. SECOND REVIEW By luckyrock I already reviewed this in great detail but I suppose since it was very negative Amazon will not post it. So I will try again. If they don't post this I will no longer trust Amazon to buy anything from them. I do not have the time or energy to go into the detail I did last time, just take my word for it... Do not purchase this media table or anything at all from "Stacks and Stacks" that's my opinion based on my purchase of this very item. . See my unposted review for details. Enough said.
